To do a cancellation you will first need to enter your cancellation code that you received in your booking confirmation via email or a text message on your phone.(Text messages are only valid if the company has it as an option) when you made the booking.

If you not already are logged in you will need to enter your password that you use to log in with to “My account” and then click on the button “Cancel” to confirm your cancellation.

OBS!
If you haven’t create a password to ”My account” by using Facebook at your booking, you will first need to log in to Facebook instead of filling out your password.
